Partnering closely with Irish business functional leads, you will identify and translate customer and business needs into a clear and actionable change project roadmap. Through strong programme management governance, you will support the</p><p>successful and controlled delivery of this roadmap. Acting as a key advocate for Very Ireland within The Very Group, you will ensure the Irish business is represented in Group-wide initiatives, enabling it to quickly adopt and benefit from enhancements to the brand and customer proposition.</p><p>In this central coordination role, you will collaborate with Group change teams and local functional leads to design, develop, and implement change projects that drive business success.</p><p>Additionally, you will oversee the resolution of any service-related issues, ensuring seamless operations and a focus on delivering value to our customers.</p><h3>Scope of Role</h3><p>The Business Change Analyst will tackle a broad range of responsibilities, leveraging the most appropriate tools and techniques to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Supporting the management and maintenance of the Very.ie programme backlog.</li> <li>Leading change readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions.</li> <li>Providing support through all phases of change management.</li> <li>Assisting in the creation of business cases and tracking benefit realisation.</li> <li>Managing tickets and maintaining accurate and timely reporting.</li> <li>Establishing and facilitating regular change forums to drive alignment and progress.</li> <li>Developing and implementing progress/status reporting across Very Ireland.</li> <li>Defining and producing reporting structures to support decision-making.</li> <li>Identifying and evaluating growth opportunities to drive business success.</li> <li>Assisting with risk management and reporting to mitigate potential challenges.</li> <li>Maintaining the overall programme plan to ensure alignment and delivery.</li> <li>Preparing and distributing presentations and key updates to stakeholders.</li> <li>Defining project scope and ensuring clarity of objectives.</li> <li>Conducting investigation, analysis, and review to clearly articulate processes and requirements.</li> </ul><p>The role requires building credible and trusted relationships with stakeholders across Very Ireland and the UK, as well as collaborating with third-party partners as needed.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Works with business stakeholders to identify and understand opportunities for growth, problem resolution or recommended improvements to processes, systems, and organisation design.</li></ul><ul> <li>Elicits business requirements using the most appropriate techniques.</li> <li>Defect/Issue reporting point of contact for Very Ireland. </li> </ul><p>Requirements Gathering & Analysis: </p><ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities. </li> <li>Elicit, document, and prioritise requirements. </li> <li>Use techniques such as workshops, interviews, process mapping, and data analysis to gather insights. </li> </ul><p>Process Improvement: ·</p><ul> <li>Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation. </li> <li>Recommend changes to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance customer experience. </li> <li>Identify and implement opportunities to streamline effective change governance frameworks </li> </ul><p>Stakeholder Management: </p><ul> <li>Act as a liaison between all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding. </li> <li>Use RACI matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) to clarify roles and responsibilities. </li> <li>Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress. </li> </ul><p>Testing & Validation: </p><ul> <li>Support the development and testing phases. </li> <li>Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. </li> </ul><p>Data Analysis & Reporting: </p><ul> <li>Analyse data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights. </li> <li>Create reports, dashboards, or visualisations to communicate findings effectively. </li> </ul><p>Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: </p><ul> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, resolve Competencies:</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment using appropriate methods and tools.</li> <li>Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Skilled in managing conflict and knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.</li> <li>Demonstrates an analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.</li> <li>Ability to analyse requirements and processes, providing constructive feedback on project deliverables.</li> <li>Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li> <li>Experienced in planning, scheduling, and monitoring work effectively within tight deadlines.</li> <li>Agile and Delivery Expertise:</li> <li>Experience working
