<div class="clearfix"></div><h1 class="job-title axiom0-0 axiom-scraped-0">Business Development Manager - ROI</h1><div></div><div></div><div></div><div><p>Howdens Joinery are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our contracts team to cover Leinster, Ireland</p><p>This role offers a BDM the opportunity to identify new business opportunities in order to promote and sell Howdens kitchens, appliances and accessories to New Build Developments. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering excellent customer service and an exceptional talent for building and securing business relationships.</p><p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong></p><ul><li>Meeting and surpassing sales targets through developing new and existing contracts</li><li>Making initial contact with potential customers including builders, developers, and housing associations</li><li>Promoting and selling Howdens services and outstanding kitchen ranges, appliances and accessories</li><li>Working closely with the Kitchen CAD designer to produce innovative, creative kitchen solutions to meet the needs of the end user within the restraints of the budget</li></ul><p><strong>What do I need to qualify for this role?</strong></p><ul><li>Experience selling into the Construction / New Build Housing Market is essential.</li><li>Kitchen sales is advantageous.</li><li>A passion for delivering excellent customer service and an exceptional talent for building and securing business relationships</li><li>Passionate about customer care and building business through trust and recommendations</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Hold a full driving license</li><li>Anyone with experience working in the Kitchen industry is advantageous</li></ul><p><strong>What we can offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>€55,000-60,000 OTE and bonus scheme</li><li>Company car, laptop and mobile</li><li>Pension plan (up to 12% employer contributions)</li><li>25 days rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service and 30 days after 10 years’ service</li><li>Staff discount on Howdens products</li><li>Share awards and prize draws</li></ul><p><strong>About Howdens</strong></p><p>Howdens Joinery is the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, joinery, and hardware.
