Now, we're looking for a dynamic and inspiring Apprenticeship Trainer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our colleagues across the UK.</p><p>As an&nbsp;<strong>Apprenticeship Trainer</strong>, you'll play a vital role in supporting and coaching our apprentices from day one all the way to their End Point Assessment. You'll deliver high-quality, engaging, and tailored training using a blended learning approach – combining virtual delivery, in-person visits, group sessions and one-to-one coaching.</p><p>You'll be a mentor, a&nbsp;motivator and a guide, helping our apprentices thrive in their roles and develop long-lasting careers in retail and beyond.</p><p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Manage a caseload of apprentices across multiple locations.</li><li>Deliver inspirational training using a variety of methods – online, in-store, group and one-to-one.</li><li>Work closely with line managers and subject matter experts to create a seamless learning experience.</li><li>Provide timely feedback, track progress using our digital e-portfolio system, and support learners with their professional development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Ofsted, ESFA and internal standards, while keeping the learner experience at the heart of everything.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p>To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:</p><ul><li>Background in retail, ideally as a retail Store Manager or in a team management role</li><li>Passion for coaching individuals and groups</li><li>Effective time management and planning skills</li><li>Resilience and adaptability under changing priorities</li><li>Strong Communication &amp; Stakeholder Engagement</li><li>Competency with Microsoft Office and digital tools, and competency (or a willingness to learn) in the use of e-portfolio systems and learner management systems (LMS)</li></ul><p><em>Bonus points if you have experience in&nbsp;apprenticeships or hold a teaching/assessor qualification – but if not, don't worry.
