<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p data-start="72" data-end="258"><strong data-start="72" data-end="137">Job Opportunity: Social Media Executive/Manager (3-Month FTC)</strong><br data-start="137" data-end="140"> <strong data-start="140" data-end="153">Location:</strong> Hybrid - 3 days in Watford HQ, 2 days remote<br data-start="198" data-end="201"> <strong data-start="201" data-end="214">Day Rate:</strong> £250-£300 per day (depending on experience)</p><p data-start="260" data-end="414">We're looking for a Social Media Executive or Manager to join our retail client in their marketing team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, covering an internal secondment.</p><p data-start="416" data-end="604">This is a hands-on role that requires someone with strong social media experience, who can confidently manage both paid and organic activity while creating engaging, brand-aligned content.</p><p data-start="606" data-end="631"><strong data-start="606" data-end="631">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start="633" data-end="1155"><li data-start="633" data-end="741"><p data-start="635" data-end="741">Plan, create and schedule content across our social media platforms (including static, video, and stories)</p></li><li data-start="742" data-end="816"><p data-start="744" data-end="816">Manage day-to-day publishing, community management, and reactive content</p></li><li data-start="817" data-end="881"><p data-start="819" data-end="881">Support the delivery and optimisation of paid social campaigns</p></li><li data-start="882" data-end="992"><p data-start="884" data-end="992">Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure messaging is consistent and impactful</p></li><li data-start="993" data-end="1083"><p data-start="995" data-end="1083">Monitor performance, report on results, and apply insights to drive engagement and reach</p></li><li data-start="1084" data-end="1155"><p data-start="1086" data-end="1155">Keep up to date with social trends and bring fresh ideas to the table</p></li></ul><p data-start="1157" data-end="1184"><strong data-start="1157" data-end="1184">What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul data-start="1186" data-end="1618"><li data-start="1186" data-end="1259"><p data-start="1188" data-end="1259">Previous experience in a social media role (Executive or Manager level)</p></li><li data-start="1260" data-end="1318"><p data-start="1262" data-end="1318">Confident across both paid and organic social strategies</p></li><li data-start="1319" data-end="1404"><p data-start="1321" data-end="1404">Skilled in content creation, especially short-form video (e.g. Reels, TikTok-style)</p></li><li data-start="1405" data-end="1458"><p data-start="1407" data-end="1458">Experience in retail is preferred but not essential</p></li><li data-start="1459" data-end="1520"><p data-start="1461" data-end="1520">Proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail</p></li><li data-start="1521" data-end="1553"><p data-start="1523" data-end="1553">Available to start immediately</p></li><li data-start="1554" data-end="1618"><p data-start="1556" data-end="1618">Able to commute to our Watford head office three days per week</p></li></ul><p data-start="1620" data-end="1641"><strong data-start="1620" data-end="1641">Contract Details:</strong></p><ul data-start="1643" data-end="1775"><li data-start="1643" data-end="1672"><p data-start="1645" data-end="1672">3-month Fixed-Term Contract</p></li><li data-start="1673" data-end="1719"><p data-start="1675" data-end="1719">Day rate: £250-£300, depending on experience</p></li><li data-start="1720" data-end="1775"><p data-start="1722" data-end="1775">Hybrid working model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote</p></li></ul><p data-start="1777" data-end="1947">If you're interested, please get in touch via direct message or apply through your usual channels.
