You be well-versed in the influencer landscape with existing influencer relationships and ability to identify key influencers relevant for Missoma.</p><p><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br><em>PR:</em></p><ul><li>Deliver PR strategy alongside Global Head of PR & Partnerships, that will deliver an elevated brand awareness across all media, including, but not limited to, print, online, and social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand message is communicated across all consumer touch points.</li><li>Act as Brand Ambassador and spokesperson for the Missoma Brand, demonstrating flawless brand and product knowledge and embodying brand values, and showing consistent ability to use influence for the benefit of the brand</li><li>Working closely with the Global Head of PR & Partnerships and Design team to build and deliver PR Communications plan to ensure all key brand and seasonal messages, are seeded to press, within relevant lead times</li><li>Support the Head of PR & Partnerships to manage and nurture effective working relationships with external PR & VIP agencies, communicating & sharing relevant information, and monitoring results to secure quality coverage across key target media</li><li>Suggest angles for brand pitches to share with PR Agencies to seed to target media for brand and founder feature and interview opportunities</li><li>Support in the creation of seasonal press kits including look books, relevant imagery, informative and engaging press releases and alerts, to land quality press coverage throughout the year</li><li>Coordinate all Press days & PR events alongside the Head of PR & Partnerships supporting on concept and proposal, through to planning, execution and evaluation</li><li>Support the Head of PR & Partnerships on pulling together internal weekly and monthly PR reports, analysing agency results against relevant KPIs, to work towards securing a high level of qualitative press coverage</li><li>Maintain company archives & folders, including, but not limited to, imagery, press communications, VIP images, reports, trackers, etc.</li><li>Deliver Gifting plan across Press, VIP & Influencer’s in line with Marketing and PR Strategy and Product launch plans, tracking any coverage across social and press, including any impact on sales</li></ul><p><em>Influencer:</em></p><ul><li>Support in planning and execution of Influencer Campaigns to drive meaningful awareness, engagement and conversion for the brand</li><li>Build influencer relationships and engagement alongside the Head of PR & Partnerships, creatin core brand ambassadors with the aim of building brand awareness with measured results. Proactively pitch new ideas to engage with influencers – ensuring concepts are aligned with overall business/PR objectives and strategy</li><li>Support the Head of PR & Partnerships to track and analyse all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies while identifying opportunities for greater success</li><li>Undertake competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs (e.g. earned media value) in a consistently changing landscape</li><li>Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies</li><li>Be constantly discovering new talent and relevant content creators</li></ul><p><em>PR & VIP:</em></p><ul><li>Deliver VIP plan through VIP agencies; build relationships with agreed target Celebrity stylists, agents and Influencers, via gifting programmes & activities; leverage coverage via the media, establish brand ambassadors, and build brand awareness</li><li>Be the day to day contact for the UK + US PR agencies including the VIP agency</li><li>Support the Head of PR & Partnerships in ensuring PR agencies receive all needed assets in a timely fashion</li><li>Monitor PR coverage targets, reporting into and updating the Head of PR consistently</li><li>Maintain a keen awareness and understanding of competitor activity and industry trends affecting the brand and suggest how this can be applied/relevant to Missoma</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Competencies & Experience</strong></span></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a public relations executive or similar role</li><li>Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels</li><li>Solid knowledge of social media (blogs, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)</li><li>Strong use of Google Analytics</li><li>Data driven</li><li>Strong excel + PowerPoint skills</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in public situations</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations</li><li>BSc/BA in PR, marketing or similar field</li></ul></div>
