It's a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a real sense of purpose and momentum.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Serve as the primary finance partner to regional and retail ops leaders.</li><li>Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for national retail operations.</li><li>Deliver weekly performance analysis on stores, labour, and margins with actionable insights.</li><li>Participate in performance reviews, driving data-led operational decisions.</li><li>Support strategic projects such as pricing, store formats, and customer experience.</li><li>Provide scenario modelling and evaluate investments in operational/capital projects.</li><li>Manage and develop a team of finance analysts.</li><li>Present financial insights to senior leadership to influence strategic direction.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>About You</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience.</li><li>Background in multi-site retail, hospitality, or consumer services is highly advantageous.</li><li>Experience partnering closely with operations or regional leadership teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</li><li>Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decisions through data.</li><li>Experience managing or mentoring finance team members.</li><li>Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; able to work across large, complex datasets.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a business undergoing transformation, with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>What's on Offer:</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>A collaborative, supportive team culture</li><li>£70,000 - £80,000 salary plus bonus and full benefits</li><li>25 days holiday plus bank holidays</li><li>Staff discount</li><li>Discounted health and wellbeing benefits</li><li>A clear progression path in a growing, ambitious organisation</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
