Safety Policies are rigorously applied, as is Compliance with the Company’s policies and directives</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Ensure that the cutting plans are maximised within the set parameters, to ensure the section achieves the production targets without compromising load order</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Maximise the cutting time and ensure the cutting utilisation stays above 50%</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Minimise wastage, working within the 5% framework as a minimum</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Use a proactive approach to manage the workload and staff levels</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Manage the workload of the fabric stores to ensure fabric is controlled correctly, issued at the correct time, booked back in at the correct time and ensure that all stock is accounted for</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Ensuring that wages are correct and truly representative of the section performance</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives, delivers results and looks to continuously improve</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Ensure the team are cross skilled, so that holidays and absence does not impact on the quality of or delivery of any standard work</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Set departmental objectives/KPI’s which align to the overall business strategic goals</li></ul><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;padding:0px;color:inherit;font-size:inherit;"><br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;"></p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;padding:0px;color:inherit;font-size:inherit;"><br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;"></p></div><!-- Ideal Candidate --><div><h3>The role is for you if...</h3><ul style="margin:10px 0px 15px 20px;padding:0px 0px 0px 20px;"><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">You have great communication skills</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Able to effectively manage a team of people</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Ability to deliver results through a team of people</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Able to manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Ability to collate and present information and data</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Ability to manage and prioritise team workloads</li><li style="margin:0px 0px 5px;padding:0px;font-size:inherit;">Consistent and clear communication with all other TL’s &amp;
