We offer some great opportunities for career progression and development, alongside a competitive salary and a great benefits package.</p><p>We are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join our existing Property Team.</p><p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong> To provide support to the property team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities of the role and duties:</strong> Liaise with Landlords & Tenants over repair & operational issues. Requesting business rates relief when stores closed for refit. Additional property management tasks sharing workload from property management surveyors. Keeping an up to date whereabouts chart for the team. Answering phones and directing to relevant person or taking messages. Photocopying, printing and scanning. Opening post and pass to relevant person. Arrange store inspections with stores when requested from LL or agent. Car park management/administration for those owned/controlled by Iceland. File all paperwork and keep existing files tidy.</p><p><strong>Key accountabilities:</strong> All telephone calls are managed efficiently and professionally. To consistently provide accurate and timely administrative support to line managers. Maintain good relationships with external bodies, Tenants, Landlords and Local Authorities.</p><p><strong>Technical skills:</strong> Computer literacy; knowledge of producing and working with spreadsheets, word and knowledge of databases.</p><p><strong>Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:</strong> Experience of working within the property sector is preferred but not essential.
