This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.</p><p data-start="876" data-end="1055">The role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the month-end process, supporting business planning, and providing insightful financial reporting to influence strategic decisions.</p><h3 data-start="1062" data-end="1091"><strong data-start="1066" data-end="1091"><strong>Part Qualified Management Accountant </strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><p data-start="1093" data-end="1130">Month-End &amp; Management Accounts</p><ul data-start="1131" data-end="1399"><li data-start="1131" data-end="1214"><p data-start="1133" data-end="1214">Prepare monthly management accounts including P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow</p></li><li data-start="1215" data-end="1276"><p data-start="1217" data-end="1276">Post journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation, etc.)</p></li><li data-start="1277" data-end="1348"><p data-start="1279" data-end="1348">Reconcile control accounts including VAT, payroll, and fixed assets</p></li><li data-start="1349" data-end="1399"><p data-start="1351" data-end="1399">Support month-end close and year-end processes</p></li></ul><p data-start="1401" data-end="1430"><strong data-start="1401" data-end="1428">Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</strong></p><ul data-start="1431" data-end="1622"><li data-start="1431" data-end="1489"><p data-start="1433" data-end="1489">Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting</p></li><li data-start="1490" data-end="1566"><p data-start="1492" data-end="1566">Work with senior stakeholders to gather inputs and challenge assumptions</p></li><li data-start="1567" data-end="1622"><p data-start="1569" data-end="1622">Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary</p></li></ul><p data-start="1624" data-end="1650"><strong data-start="1624" data-end="1648">Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong></p><ul data-start="1651" data-end="1836"><li data-start="1651" data-end="1720"><p data-start="1653" data-end="1720">Deliver regular financial reports to support performance tracking</p></li><li data-start="1721" data-end="1779"><p data-start="1723" data-end="1779">Conduct analysis on margins, costs, and revenue trends</p></li><li data-start="1780" data-end="1836"><p data-start="1782" data-end="1836">Support with ad hoc reporting and scenario modelling</p></li></ul><p data-start="1838" data-end="1879"><strong data-start="1838" data-end="1877">Business Partnering &amp; Collaboration</strong></p><ul data-start="1880" data-end="2089"><li data-start="1880" data-end="1952"><p data-start="1882" data-end="1952">Work closely with department heads to ensure financial understanding</p></li><li data-start="1953" data-end="2021"><p data-start="1955" data-end="2021">Attend management meetings where needed to provide finance input</p></li><li data-start="2022" data-end="2089"><p data-start="2024" data-end="2089">Build strong cross-functional relationships across the business</p></li></ul><p data-start="2091" data-end="2118"><strong data-start="2091" data-end="2116">Controls &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul data-start="2119" data-end="2316"><li data-start="2119" data-end="2191"><p data-start="2121" data-end="2191">Ensure accurate records and strong financial controls are maintained</p></li><li data-start="2192" data-end="2241"><p data-start="2194" data-end="2241">Support internal and external audit processes</p></li><li data-start="2242" data-end="2316"><p data-start="2244" data-end="2316">Adhere to accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="2323" data-end="2344"><strong data-start="2327" data-end="2344"><strong>Part Qualified Management Accountant </strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul data-start="2346" data-end="2772"><li data-start="2346" data-end="2411"><p data-start="2348" data-end="2411">Fully qualified or finalist (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)</p></li><li data-start="2412" data-end="2476"><p data-start="2414" data-end="2476">Minimum 3+ years' experience in a management accounting role</p></li><li data-start="2477" data-end="2547"><p data-start="2479" data-end="2547">Strong understanding of financial reporting and commercial insight</p></li><li data-start="2548" data-end="2635"><p data-start="2550" data-end="2635">Advanced Excel skills and experience with XERO</p></li><li data-start="2636" data-end="2697"><p data-start="2638" data-end="2697">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li data-start="2698" data-end="2772"><p data-start="2700" data-end="2772">Able to work autonomously and flexibly within a small team environment</p></li></ul><p data-start="3056" data-end="3269"><br data-start="3069" data-end="3072"><strong>If you're interested in learning more, please send your CV.</strong></p><p data-start="3056" data-end="3269"><strong>BBBH33385</strong></p></dd>
