This is a pivotal role for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the fragrance industry and ready to lead the charge in scaling a premium brand at a key stage in its growth.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact B2B sales strategy, driving new business opportunities, and shaping the commercial strategy both in the UK and internationally. This is a chance to work with a fast-paced and innovative brand, offering significant influence and autonomy in shaping the business' direction.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities - Head of Sales:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a B2B sales strategy aligned with business growth goals</li><li>Utilize existing contacts to secure new business opportunities across the UK and Europe</li><li>Build partnerships across retail, wholesale, private label, and distribution sectors</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader brand strategy</li><li>Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics</li><li>Recruit, lead and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a strong performance culture</li><li>Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to guide decision-making</li><li>Represent the brand externally with credibility, authority, and passion</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile - Head of Sales:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record in B2B sales, within the Fragrance / Beauty or similar industries, driving growth and establishing new relationships</li><li>Experience in sales leadership roles, with success in driving growth and building high-performing teams</li><li>Strong contact network within the UK / European fragrance and beauty industry</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the UK retail, wholesale, and distribution landscape</li><li>Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident in senior-level negotiations</li><li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, remote-first environment</li><li>Genuine passion for fragrance and a strong understanding of the craft behind it</li></ul><p><strong>What's on Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary up to £100,000, depending on experience</li><li>Flexible day rate contract option for the right candidate</li><li>Significant autonomy and influence within a senior leadership role</li><li>The opportunity to shape the future of a growing and respected fragrance brand</li><li>Remote-first role with flexibility across the UK</li></ul><p>If you're an experienced Head of Sales / Sales Leader with a passion for the fragrance industry and looking to make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you!</p><p><strong>BBBH33176</strong></p></dd>
