<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><strong>French Speaking Wholesale Coordinator | Consumer Goods | North London (2 days in-office) | £35,000 - £37,000 + Bonus</strong></p><p><strong>The Opportunity </strong></p><p>Join a fast-growing consumer goods company in a newly created role born from sustained success across Europe. This is your chance to shape the role, influence ways of working, and make a real impact - not just be another employee.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As Wholesale Coordinator, you'll work closely with the European sales team and key internal departments (operations, supply chain, commercial and marketing) to ensure smooth day-to-day management of customer accounts - particularly French retailers and partners.</p><p>This is an operationally-focused coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments and markets, with the ability to keep processes on track and communication flowing between teams and external partners.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for account-specific queries across the European customer base - especially French accounts</li><li>Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key stakeholders</li><li>Provide in-depth product set-up info (e.g., New Line Forms), ensuring customers have everything they need to go to market</li><li>Analyse sales and stock data and generate weekly reports for internal stakeholders</li><li>Ensure customer pricing and data are accurate and up to date</li><li>Process and track orders, managing open order workbooks and liaising with planning, operations, and sales</li><li>Attend internal and external sales meetings</li><li>Partner with the marketing team when required to ensure materials and information align with customer needs</li><li>Support key initiatives that improve internal processes and workflows</li><li>Provide end-to-end administrative support to the team</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The Person</strong></p><p>We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll likely have worked in an operations or coordination role within a consumer goods, FMCG, or wholesale business, where you've worked across functions and supported B2B clients and internal stakeholders.</p><p>You will also bring:</p><ul><li>Fluent French and English language skills (Dutch a bonus)</li><li>A strong customer-centric mindset with a background in B2B account coordination</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>High attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>A proactive, adaptable attitude and strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Confidence working independently and juggling competing deadlines</li><li>Solid working knowledge of Excel and MS Office</li></ul><p>A collaborative, team-first approach with a willingness to support others</p><p><strong>BBBH33464</strong></p></dd>
