<div data-v-0e62ab25="" class="flex xs12"><div data-v-0e62ab25=""><p id="isPasted"><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">As part of our commitment to providing the highest quality supported accommodation for vulnerable adults and young people, YMCA Robin Hood Group is adding a brand new role to our service. &nbsp;We are looking for a Facilities Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operational management of our domestic and maintenance serviced across Worksop and Goole.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of both domestic and maintenance services, to ensure our accommodation is safe, attractive and appropriate.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">With previous experience of conducting site inspections, ensuring adherence to statutory building inspections, implementing effective health and fire safety procedures, you will be ready to take on this exciting challenge to make a difference in your community. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><u>The Role</u></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">As the Facility Team Leader, you will manage and lead a small team to ensure the professional delivery and timely completion of all required tasks.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Key tasks will include:</span></p><ul><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Oversee maintenance operations, including reactive repairs and planned preventive maintenance</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Manage health and fire safety protocols, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Supervise external contractors to assure quality of work and timely completion of projects</li><li style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">Maintain stock management and financial accountability for materials and services procured for the facilities</li></ul><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">You will travel between our 2 supported accommodation buildings in Goole and Worksop as well across our portfolio of properties in the region. You should expect to travel most days as this is a frontline facing role and we will value your technical input and abilities to help support your team and ultimately the services and residents we support.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">As we are supporting residents in domestic settings, you can expect tasks to include decorating, plumbing, joinery and general property maintenance. &nbsp;Keeping our properties clean and maintained to the highest standards will be imperative to your success in this role.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><strong><u>About You</u></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><br>You will bring proven experience in facilities management, with strong leadership skills, a sound knowledge of health and fire safety regulations, and experience in compliance management. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">You will have previously managed a team and be confident to manage rota’s, support with recruitment, training and basic HR processes.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">You will be a kind, compassionate individual who will take your role very seriously; you will share our passion for providing high quality accommodation and be driven by your desire for compliance and high standards which will positively influence your team to share the same standards.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><br>&nbsp;You will hold either a relevant level 3 diploma or IOSH qualification and have experience of working in either Facility, Maintenance or Domestic Services. &nbsp;If you have previously worked in supported accommodation or other residential services, this could be highly advantageous to understand the demands of the role.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><br>&nbsp;It is essential that you have a full driving licence as travel across our region will be required. You will be provided with a fleet vehicle but if you wish to use your own vehicle for travel between our homes, we can offer a travel allowance of up to £3,600 per year.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">This role will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week but we ask that you are flexible to meet the needs of the service and department.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;">This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (paid for by YMCA) and registration with the DBS Update Service.
