They are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join their maintenance engineering team.</span></p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Reacts to requests from the Management team and other operating departments to assess and repair where possible faults with all aspects of the buildings including HVAC, lighting & small power issues, plumbing problems</li><li>Installation of additional electrical circuits</li><li>Undertakes and records regular Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme </li><li>Temperature checks of water systems as specified in the site Water Risk Assessments</li><li>Fire alarm testing, fire equipment checks, meter readings, running generator, etc</li><li>Carries out Health & Safety testing to include the Control of Legionella, Portable Appliance Testing, Emergency Lighting testing etc</li></ul><p><strong>Experience & Qualifications Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be eligible to work within the UK - essential</li><li>Must be time served Electrician, preferable completed 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations - essential</li><li>Able to carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) - preferred</li><li>Some understanding and awareness of Heating ,Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems </li><li>Good all round knowledge of electrical distribution systems - essential </li><li>Building Management Systems experience</li><li>Requires understanding and using various hand tools, electrical tools, and test and inspection equipment - essential </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible working pattern over 7 days</li></ul></dd>
