We are looking for an e-commerce assistant who is creative and hardworking with a great eye for detail. Shopify and copywriting experience would be ideal. </p><p> </p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </p><ul><li>Support the E-Commerce Executive with product enrichment and creating collections in Shopify across our Global and US stores. </li><li>Ensure products are merchandised as per the VM strategy as well as being visible in all relevant collections, filters, categories and search results. </li><li>Support with weekly trade reporting from a product perspective utilising tools like GA4 and Content Square. </li><li>Support the E-Commerce Executive with briefing in all new content. </li><li>Build and populate new content pages including homepage content, collection banners and feature pages. </li><li>SEO optimised copywriting across product pages, collection pages and blogs. </li><li>Conduct regular site walk-throughs to highlight user journey painpoints, checking images, copy, checkout process, site messaging, pricing. </li><li>Create and test promotion codes to share with the wider Marketing teams. </li><li>Support the E-Commerce Team with launching promotions and sales. </li><li>Carrying out SEO research and keyword analysis. </li><li>Conduct competitor analysis of brand adjacencies and inspirational brands to regularly monitor content and trends across the market. </li><li>Cross departmental collaboration to ensure the site is fully optimised. </li></ul><p>COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE </p><ul><li>1+ years working as an E-Commerce Assistant or within a similar role. </li><li>Previous experience working within Shopify (ideal but not essential). </li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office with a good understanding of Microsoft Excel. </li><li>The ability to use Google Analytics or a similar data tool. </li><li>Creative eye when it comes to photography, styling and design. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-focused attitude. </li><li>Highly organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail. </li><li>A keen understanding and interest in user experience. </li></ul></div>
