We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded <strong>Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager</strong> to lead treasury operations, investment oversight, and financial risk management across a multi-national business.</p><p class="p1">This is a high-impact role working closely with the Group CFO and senior stakeholders across UK and European entities, where you'll influence board-level decision-making and ensure robust, strategic financial stewardship.</p><h3><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></h3><div><ul class="MailOutline"><li>Lead <span class="s1"><strong>cash and liquidity management</strong></span> across the group, ensuring efficient funding for operations and investments</li><li>Develop and oversee <span class="s1"><strong>financial risk management</strong></span> strategies (currency, interest rate, and credit risk), including the use of hedging tools and instruments</li><li>Establish and maintain <span class="s1"><strong>treasury policies and procedures</strong></span>, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practice</li><li>Monitor <span class="s1"><strong>investment activity</strong></span>, support M&amp;A and development teams, and track post-acquisition performance</li><li>Provide <span class="s1"><strong>financial reporting</strong></span> to the Board, investors, and banking partners, including covenant monitoring and forecasting</li><li>Engage with local and international finance teams across the UK, Benelux, Scandinavia, and Ireland</li></ul></div><h3><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></h3><div><ul class="MailOutline"><li>Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience</li><li>Strong background in <span class="s1"><strong>treasury</strong></span> within a <span class="s1"><strong>leveraged environment</strong></span>, or experience in financial institutions</li><li>Ideally has experience in <span class="s1"><strong>PE-backed businesses</strong></span> and confidence in managing senior stakeholder relationships</li><li><span class="s1">Experience in </span><strong>logistics, food, FMCG, or manufacturing</strong><span class="s1"> sectors preferred</span></li><li><span class="s1">Exceptional </span><strong>financial modelling, reporting, and analytical</strong><span class="s1"> skills</span></li><li>Strong <span class="s1"><strong>communication and leadership</strong></span> capabilities to influence across all business levels</li></ul></div><h3><strong>You'll stand out if you:</strong></h3><div><ul class="MailOutline"><li>Are known for your <span class="s1"><strong>commercial acumen</strong></span> and ability to make strategic decisions under pressure</li><li><span class="s1">Thrive in a </span><strong>fast-paced, multi-geography environment</strong></li><li>Enjoy being both hands-on and strategic, leading high-level financial initiatives while engaging with day-to-day challenges </li></ul></div><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><p>£90,000 - £100,000, bonus, 25 days hol, healthcare, enhanced pension </p><p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
