<div data-v-0e62ab25="" class="flex xs12"><div data-v-0e62ab25=""><p id="isPasted">As an Activity Leader, we are looking for you to get involved with the running of the programme events, ensuring the children are well looked after, engaged, supported and most importantly having fun!&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You’ll inspire young people to develop their own creativity, self-esteem and to value integrity, respect and collaboration with others. &nbsp;We divide up the children into age groups and have different, age relevant activities planned for the day.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We run skills clinics for children ages 8-15 years old, every morning of Camp Williams for them to learn a new hobby, practice a favourite sport or try something for the very first time!!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>We are looking for someone to lead a cooking skills clinic.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If you have experience in teaching or even enjoy cooking as a hobby, you could be a Skills Clinic Leader!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>It's high energy, intense and jam-packed full of fun!&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You are going to have as much fun as the children in your care.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This role would suit someone looking to gain experience with working with children, to support your current studies or career progression by gaining substantial and meaningful experience through the school holidays.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Students, recent graduates, teacher and others working term times/weekend only find Camp Williams a brilliant way to spend some or all of their school holidays.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are also happy for you to return to work for us each school holiday and become a long-term member of our Camp team!&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We operate through every Nottinghamshire County Council school holiday, based from the YMCA Activity &amp; Community Village in Newark. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We would also need you to commit for whole weeks for consistency of the children in our care. We love seeing Camp Leaders return each holiday and would be able to give some level of commitment to ongoing hours over an academic year.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Please note, you must be over 18 to apply for this role. &nbsp;This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check (paid for by YMCA) and registration with the DBS Update Service.
