We are looking to connect with candidates from a <strong>premium or luxury consumer goods background</strong>-such as fashion, beauty, skincare, footwear, or lifestyle-with a <strong>focus on </strong><strong>wholesale or B2B channels</strong>, rather than store-level retail operations. </p><p>The successful candidate will benefit from significant exposure across the business and wider commercial team. The role is based in West London (hybrid, 3 days in-office), with regular EU travel to meet with partners, attend trade shows, and oversee regional market development.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Lead the commercial strategy and account growth across the Nordic region.</li><li>Manage distributor and agent relationships, as well as key retail partnerships.</li><li>Execute tailored go-to-market plans aligned with regional and brand objectives.</li><li>Monitor account performance, provide ongoing commercial support, and attend relevant trade events.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operational execution and brand consistency.</li></ul><p><strong>The Person:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within international markets.</li><li>Experience managing distributors and/or agents across multiple territories.</li><li>Strong commercial instincts, highly organised, and confident in a client-facing role.</li><li>Fluent in English; fluency in Swedish and/or Norwegian is a strong advantage.</li><li>Willing to travel across the EU and collaborate closely from the London HQ.</li></ul><p>This is an exciting chance to join a creative, high-growth business that is reimagining the premium gifting experience.
