<h2>About the role</h2><p>Working with the Warehouse Management Team the Warehouse Trainer will ensure that all training requirements, including inductions, Manual Handling &amp; MHE training are delivered, with training records maintained for all colleagues.</p><p>The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for delivering professional training and development whilst supporting colleagues in the daily performance of their duties. The role will ensure all warehouse colleagues are trained competently in line with company standards and legal requirements.</p><p>Support the delivery and management of the Health &amp; Safety Manual within the warehouse&nbsp;</p><p>Accident Investigation Support</p><p>Support Hazard and Near Miss Investigations&nbsp;</p><p>Manage and coordinate the roll out of Standard operating processes to all colleagues</p><p>Support the development Operational Risk Assessments and SOP’s</p><p>Safety Month Support</p><p>Support Weekly RAG Audits</p><p>Risk Assessments and SOPs are trained out accordingly and input is provided when new/reviews are required.</p><p>Accident Investigation quality improves and the learnings support accident reduction initiatives</p><p>Safety Month successfully delivered across all Warehouse colleagues</p><p>RAG audit CI plan improves the overall site safety plan and objectives</p><p>Hazard and Near Miss reporting process is working effectively and individuals receive feedback from their Team Managers.</p><p><br></p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><p>Working with the Warehouse Operations Manager and the Process and Training Manager the Warehouse Trainer will ensure that all training requirements, including inductions, Manual Handling &amp; MHE training are delivered, with training records maintained for all colleagues.</p><p>The Warehouse Trainer is responsible for delivering professional training and development whilst supporting colleagues in the daily performance of their duties.
