We’re just as passionate about helping our people get more out of life too; building careers with real growth, a sense of purpose, belonging and wellbeing. </p><h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3><p>You will work in the Existing Customer Management team within Credit Risk which is a team of 6 (Credit Risk department consists of circa 60 FTE), working on multiple priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</p><p>Our team is responsible for managing all in-life lending decisions, including credit limit assessments, systematic order authorisation, and ensuring accurate customer pricing aligned with the EAP framework. The role focuses on continuous optimisation these decisions by leveraging innovative data sources and advanced techniques.</p><p>Following an internal mover, we’re looking for someone to join the team to add further experience and fresh ideas of help enhance our established strategies and ways of working.</p><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be making the best use of the increasing amount of data available to make more informed decisions for our financial services business.</p><p>Reporting to the Senior Credit Risk Manager, you will collaborate closely with the business to ensure timely and effective decision-making. Your role will involve optimising lending strategies, delivering performance analytics on customer behaviour, identifying opportunities to refine our strategies, and implementing systemic changes to bring these enhancements to life.</p><p>Using your expertise, you’ll provide actionable insights that balance customer outcomes with commercial objectives, presenting your recommendations in a clear, compelling, and impactful manner to senior stakeholders.</p><p>You'll need to effectively manage stakeholder expectations while prioritising your own workload to ensure you're consistently delivering value to both our customers and the business.
