We're now looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our growing Supply Chain Planning Product team, working in close partnership with our Replenishment (F&R) squad.In this role, you'll become the face of Replen, driving the systems and processes that ensure our products are in the right place at the right time — helping us maximise sales, serve our customers better, and operate efficiently across our network.<h4 data-start="1058" data-end="1086">What You'll Be Doing</h4><ul data-start="1087" data-end="1938"><li data-start="1087" data-end="1192">Take ownership of replenishment systems and ensure seamless stock movement into and around our network.</li><li data-start="1193" data-end="1292">Drive an automation-first approach, enabling smarter replenishment with minimal manual input.</li><li data-start="1293" data-end="1396">Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to build flexible, future-ready replenishment technology.</li><li data-start="1397" data-end="1506">Lead the continuous improvement of our store replenishment product and scope solutions for non-store sites.</li><li data-start="1507" data-end="1580">Champion a customer-centric mindset in every feature and iteration.</li><li data-start="1581" data-end="1674">Work cross-functionally to shape a best-in-class end-to-end (E2E) replenishment system.</li><li data-start="1675" data-end="1746">Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.</li><li data-start="1747" data-end="1843">Maintain and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing value, urgency, and development effort.</li><li data-start="1844" data-end="1938">Contribute to our long-term product strategy aligned with Holland & Barrett's 3-year vision.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">Key requirements:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul data-start="1971" data-end="2479"><li data-start="1971" data-end="2076">Strong experience working in cross-functional product teams, ideally within retail or supply chain.</li><li data-start="2077" data-end="2187">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to speak the language of tech and business.</li><li data-start="2188" data-end="2295">A solid understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to write clear, concise product tickets.</li><li data-start="2296" data-end="2394">Experience in replenishment, retail, or supply chain product management is highly desirable.</li><li data-start="2395" data-end="2479">A proactive, flexible mindset and a passion for delivering continuous improvement.</li></ul><h4 data-start="2486" data-end="2506">Why Join Us?</h4>At Holland & Barrett, you won't just work on projects — you'll shape the future of wellness retail through innovative supply chain technology.
