You will be working with a successful manufacturer, that have a culture on site that is results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement. The company is well established, financially stable and has earned a reputation as an excellent employer. </p><div> </div><div>If you are looking to advance your skills and knowledge, work on exciting projects and build a long term career where you can advance further, then this could be the position for you! </div><div><p><span style="color: #000000;">As part of their team, you will create / modify and provide support for automated systems for use in a manufacturing environment. </span>You will collaborate with departmental and corporate leadership to determine existing automation capabilities and future opportunities. </p><p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul class="MailOutline"><li>Design and implement automated systems for use in diverse manufacturing and production environments</li><li>Lead collaborative discussions between leadership to determine automation capabilities and goals</li><li>Create detailed road maps to guide automation projects from conception to final implementation</li><li>Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades</li><li>Develop new robot programs as well as modify existing programs</li><li>Design EOAT and components in Autodesk inventor</li><li>Create new and modify / troubleshoot existing control systems</li></ul><div><strong>Requirements: </strong></div><div><ul class="MailOutline"><li>Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering</li><li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with the design and implementation of automated systems, </span>especially as related to manufacturing</li><li>Strong ability with software testing and validation</li><li>Superb communication and organizational skills</li><li>PLC Programming of Siemens S7 with TIA Portal Experience</li><li><span style="color: #000000;">Knowledge of ABB / KUKA / Universal Robots Robot Systems, configuration </span>and programming</li><li>Good knowledge of industrial networks such as Profinet/ ethernet IP / Ethercat</li><li>Knowledge of automated inspection / Vision systems would be an advantage</li></ul></div></div></dd>
