You'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service excellence, sales leadership, and visual merchandising standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul data-start="1425" data-end="1986"><li data-start="1425" data-end="1492">Support all aspects of store operations and retail management</li><li data-start="1493" data-end="1554">Drive and lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs</li><li data-start="1555" data-end="1628">Deliver consistent customer service excellence throughout the store</li><li data-start="1629" data-end="1716">Lead and inspire a team through effective team management, training, and coaching</li><li data-start="1717" data-end="1824">Ensure the store is commercially strong through exceptional visual merchandising and stock management</li><li data-start="1825" data-end="1923">Take ownership of operational processes including P&L responsibility, compliance, and audits</li><li data-start="1924" data-end="1986">Assist with recruitment and training of new team members</li></ul>About You:To succeed in this Assistant Manager role, you will need a strong background in retail, ideally in fashion, sports, or outdoor sectors.
