The successful candidate will work closely with a Trading Manager, helping to secure new product lines and promotions, and associated administration.</p><p>Ideal candidates should be self-sufficient, analytical, and open to feedback. An ideal role for a recent graduate in retail or business management, or for applicants with other relevant experience.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assisting the Trading Manager in all aspects of chasing and preparing documentation to be processed;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaising with suppliers to confirm internal promotions and seasonal ranges;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Updating and maintaining current databases allowing other members of the trading team to have accurate information;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Claiming retros and invoicing at the end of promotions, sending volumes and calculations;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supporting the Trading Manager to prepare for exit planning, clearance programmes and discontinued lines.</p><p><strong>Applicants should have:</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong attention to detail;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent problem solving skills, and confidence to make quick thinking decisions;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent verbal and written communication skills;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;</p><p class="MsoNormal">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience of working in a Retail environment would be beneficial, but not essential.</p><p><strong>What we have to offer you:</strong></p><p>Competitive salary, healthcare, pension, staff shop, incremental holiday and sick pay schemes; and a number of other peripheral benefits.</p><p><strong>What you should do to apply:</strong></p><p>If you feel that you have the right attributes and experience to apply for this role then please apply online.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>induk#</p></div></div>
