<div><strong>About the role...&nbsp;</strong></div><div>As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead from the front to ensure safety, operational excellence, and provide exceptional customer experience. As a key holder, you will supervise, motivate, and guide your team through daily store routines, from maintaining high store standards and fulfilling orders to providing expert product knowledge and hands-on customer support.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>About you...&nbsp;</strong></div><div>You have experience in retail or a similar environment, with a track record of supervising or leading a team when things get busy. You’re comfortable taking on key duties and supporting team rotas and training.
