As a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Sales Consultant, you’ll put your sales skills to work, helping customers create spaces they feel proud of.</div><div><br></div><div>From the first showroom conversation to visiting customers at home, you’ll understand their needs, recommend the right solutions and guide them towards a purchase. You’ll own the customer journey from start to finish, combining great service with the drive to achieve your sales targets.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Bring your sales experience and we will provide the training, tools and support to develop your design skills and long term career.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></div><div><ul><li>Drive sales: turn enquiries into sales by finding the right solutions for each customer’s space and budget, working towards your targets.</li><li>Generate leads: proactively create opportunities within your showroom and follow up with potential customers.</li><li>Build trusted relationships: support customers in-store, virtually and at home, helping them make confident decisions.</li><li>Create inspiring design: use our new 3D Cloud design tools to create, present and refine kitchen and bathroom designs with customers.</li><li>Deliver our full Wickes customer journey: whether it’s in-store, virtual, or at a customer’s home, you’ll treat every customer with the same attention.</li><li>Look after your showroom maintaining displays and keeping up our high standards.</li><li>Stay compliant with all company policies and regulations including finance, GDPR, and health &amp; safety.</li></ul></div><div><strong>About you</strong></div><div><ul><li>You have sales experience: you understand the customer needs, recommend solutions and confidently close a sale.</li><li>You’re motivated by results: you enjoy working towards targets and earning commission while doing what’s right for customers.</li><li>You’re customer-focused: you listen, build a rapport and develop trusted relationships.</li><li>You’re keen to learn: you’re ready to get to grips with our products and design tools.
