We expect you to spend three days per week in the office, typically Monday and Tuesday in Nuneaton and Thursday in London. Knowing what to do with them matters more.</p><p>We're looking for a Head of Financial Planning &amp; Analysis to give Holland &amp; Barrett a clear view of performance, what's changing and where we need to act.</p><p>You'll own Group planning, forecasting and performance reporting across P&amp;L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, bringing together the numbers, the story behind them and the actions that need to follow.</p><p>This is a senior Finance leadership role with regular exposure to the CFO, Executive Team and Board, leading a team of 10 and working across Finance and the wider business.</p><p>And there's a real opportunity to shape how FP&amp;A works.</p><p>You'll lead our FP&amp;A and Analyst Centres of Excellence, improving planning, reporting and analysis so Finance spends less time producing information and more time using it to make better decisions.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Own Group budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning end to end.</li><li>Bring together a clear view of performance across P&amp;L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.</li><li>Own the quality and narrative of reporting for the CFO, Executive Team and Board.</li><li>Identify the key drivers, risks and opportunities behind performance - and make sure the right actions follow.</li><li>Partner closely with the CFO, bringing independent insight and constructive challenge to in-year and strategic plans.</li><li>Support Investor Relations with clear insight on performance, outlook and value drivers.</li><li>Lead a team of 10 across FP&amp;A and the Analyst Centre of Excellence.</li><li>Set clearer, more consistent standards for management accounting, analysis and reporting.</li><li>Improve planning and reporting through better processes, automation and simpler ways of working.</li><li>Build the Analyst Centre of Excellence as a strong pipeline for future Finance talent.</li></ul><p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p><ul><li>You'll have led FP&amp;A in a complex, multi-site business, with experience owning planning, forecasting, performance reporting and decision support at Group level.</li><li>You'll be comfortable around senior leaders - able to challenge assumptions, simplify complexity and get quickly to the few things that really matter.</li><li>You'll also know that good FP&amp;A isn't about explaining last month's variance beautifully.
