</div><div><p>● Manage and coordinate formal and informal grievance cases</p><p>● Conduct fact-finding and investigation meetings</p><p>● Provide advisory guidance and coaching to the supporting team</p><p>● Draft outcome letters and maintain accurate case documentation</p><p>● Provide practical ER guidance to managers &amp;amp; feedback on case learnings</p><p>● Managing disciplinary processes where required</p><p>● Ensure full compliance with employment legislation</p><p>● Provide advisory guidance and coaching to the supporting team</p><p>● Keep up to date with developments in employment legislation and HR best practices</p><p>● Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional workplace culture</p></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><p>● A legal qualification/ CIPD Level 7 (with specialist EL/advanced EL optional units) is&nbsp;desirable</p><p>● Solid understanding of grievance procedures and ACAS code of practice</p><p>● Significant Employee Relations experience, advising middle management and up to&nbsp;date labour law knowledge</p><p>● Experience of leading grievance investigations and delivering outcomes</p><p>● Highly developed in handling complex, sensitive and confidential matters</p><p>● Oversee a busy caseload whilst remaining calm, organised and solution-focused</p><p>● Exceptional written and verbal communication</p><p>● Strong GoogleMicrosoft Office skills and HR software proficiency</p><p>● Experience within a retail or hospitality environment would be advantageous</p><p>● The ability to collaborate and share best practice with a range of stakeholders using&nbsp;your strong influencing skills</p></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
