<div data-testid="rich-text-content" aria-labelledby="job-section-description" class="prose prose-sm break-words [&amp;a]:text-primary [&amp;a]:underline max-w-[75ch] text-muted-foreground"><h3>We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join us as an <strong>Area Manager</strong>.</h3><p>You will successfully manage and support Store Managers across your designated area , the Midlands and West of Ireland ,to deliver an exceptional retail experience, achieve sales and KPI targets, and maintain consistently high operational standards.</p><p>You will play an important role in coaching and developing Store Managers, supporting new store openings, refits and rebrands, and helping to successfully introduce new systems and retail initiatives. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will provide practical guidance across areas including stock management, merchandising, resourcing, people processes and local marketing.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Coach, develop and support Store Managers across your designated area</p></li><li><p>Induct new Store Managers using the Trailblazers development scheme and Failte</p></li><li><p>Support stores to achieve sales targets, KPIs and excellent customer service standards</p></li><li><p>Conduct store audits and identify opportunities for improvement</p></li><li><p>Support with recruitment, new store openings, refits and rebrands</p></li><li><p>Lead and support the rollout of new systems and retail initiatives</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance on operational procedures and people-management processes</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships between stores, Retail Support and Head Office teams</p></li><li><p>Continue to lead your own store, developing your team to maintain standards during your absence</p></li><li><p>Promote a positive health and safety culture across your area</p></li></ul><h3>About you</h3><p>You will be an experienced Store Manager or Area Manager with a successful track record of leading and developing teams.
