You'll need:<ul data-start="2907" data-end="3412"><li class="" data-start="2907" data-end="2985">A degree in IT, Cyber Security, or similar – or solid equivalent experience.</li><li class="" data-start="2986" data-end="3083">Strong experience managing workplace technology or technical projects (retail sector a bonus!).</li><li class="" data-start="3084" data-end="3131">Great organisational and multitasking skills.</li><li class="" data-start="3132" data-end="3185">Confident communication and stakeholder management.</li><li class="" data-start="3186" data-end="3228">Vendor and budget management experience.</li><li class="" data-start="3229" data-end="3281">Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Confluence).</li><li class="" data-start="3282" data-end="3336">A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.</li><li class="" data-start="3337" data-end="3412">Flexibility for occasional travel and extended hours during key projects.</li></ul><h4 data-start="3419" data-end="3452">Bonus Points If You Have…</h4><ul data-start="3454" data-end="3629"><li class="" data-start="3454" data-end="3509">Experience with retail systems, POS, or store tech.</li><li class="" data-start="3510" data-end="3562">Automation or project management certifications.</li><li class="" data-start="3563" data-end="3629">Transferable skills from other technical or service disciplines.</li></ul><h4 data-start="3636" data-end="3656">Why Join Us?</h4>We're more than just a health and wellness retailer.
