<h2>About the role</h2><p>Booker Group are recruiting for Supply Planner Promotions role working out of our head office at Hemel Hempstead, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7DX and Equity House, Wellingborough, Irthlingborough, NN8 1LT &nbsp;</p><p>Once fully inducted we offer hybrid working 3 days office based and 2 remote.</p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for the complete end to end planning and flow of stock for Promotion / Allocation activity into the Distribution network and out to branches and customers to agreed deadlines.</p><p><br></p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>To ensure maximum availability for the start and during all event activity</li><li>Ensuring that critical timescales are adhered to and issues escalated to the correct level</li><li>Manage the flow of volume from our Distribution centres to our branches and customers</li><li>Ensuring Allocations are loaded and released accurately&nbsp;</li><li>Root causing of late availability of stock and ensure key issues are clearly communicated</li><li>Analysing data to produce reports and providing recommendations on your findings&nbsp;</li><li>Reviewing and responding to queries and requests</li><li>Supporting Seasonal Events and activities</li><li>Supporting the clearance of ex-promotion and seasonal lines</li><li>Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholder teams to ensure that trading activities are effectively managed</li><li>Follow the relevant GSCOP timelines to ensure we are compliant at all times</li><li>Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence</li></ul><h2>You will need</h2><p><br></p><ul><li>Exceptional communication &amp; stakeholder management</li><li>Be able to work independently to problem solve&nbsp;</li><li>Attention to detail, writing of reports, interpreting data and keeping of accurate records.</li><li>strong analytical skill, Intermediate/ Advance working knowledge of Excel and</li><li>Maintain knowledge of relevant markets &nbsp; and market developments</li><li>Ability to flex work approach&nbsp;</li><li>The aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly&nbsp;</li><li>Experience relevant for this job:<ul><li>Experience in working in FMG ideal but not essential.&nbsp;</li><li>Have a proven record of working autonomously as well as part of a Team.</li><li>Have proven record of working with large data sets and excel to an intermediate/ advanced level&nbsp;</li></ul></li></ul><h2>What's in it for you</h2><p>At Booker, along with being a great place to work and giving you an opportunity to get on in your career, we also offer the following fantastic package of benefits:</p><ul><li>A Booker colleague card with 10% off purchases at Booker and double discount events up to three times a year.</li><li>After 3 months service, a Tesco colleague discount card with 10% increasing to 15% off most purchases at Tesco for a 4 day period after every four-weekly pay day, ie. thirteen times a year.
