Leading your management team & store colleagues, you’ll have the freedom to think for yourself, using your commercial knowledge to maximise sales potential in your store, whilst delivering business growth.</span></p><p><span>Our Store Manager aren’t office managers! You’ll be out there on the floor with your team – supporting them to deliver a great store result, day in & day out. </span><span>Whether it’s processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting with floor moves or managing compliance, you’ll be a hands-on team player! You’ll work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best.
