<p><strong><span>We have an opportunity for a Stock &amp; Systems Team Manager to join our Distribution Centre. Based in Runcorn</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>This will be working full time Monday – Friday.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Main responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>Responsible for the efficient and accurate management of the sites inventory.</span></li><li><span>Ensure the team are aware of the departments KPI’s / targets. Where necessary Audit the Teams PI process and filing</span></li><li><span>Manage the running of the team so that resource is applied where necessary regarding project works or holiday cover.</span></li><li><span>Training and development of the team to apply a multi skilled approach across all shifts.</span></li><li><span>Working alongside Stock &amp; Systems Manager to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with site KPIs – Working Together</span></li><li><span>Ensure UKG Stock colleague discrepancies are resolved weekly before pay run.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>Day to day responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul type="disc"><li><span>Ensure the team achieve daily expectations.</span></li><li><span>Respond to both internal and external stock queries in a timely manner with the team.</span></li><li><span>Report any issues from other warehouse departments in a timely manner and log all such issues with the team the relevant evidence to support.</span></li><li><span>Maintain real time stock inventory in line with agreed PI process, together with analysing the best solution for product layout on site.</span></li><li><span>Support the operation and other departments where required to resolve operational issues.</span></li><li><span>Ensure all IWT requests are actioned as required.</span></li></ul><p><em><span>At B&amp;M, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, diverse workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
