The Sales team is responsible for retaining &amp; growing our business &amp; being the face of our brand. The DACH Sales Coordinator is a key role to support our Regional Sales Managers &amp; maintain relationships with our independent customers ensuring all orders are processed, order books are kept up to date &amp; shared with the team and make sure all shipments are ready to dispatch on time.</p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul> <li>Building solid, positive relationships with our independent customers&amp; maximizing on revenue opportunities.</li> <li>Enteringorders &amp; managing back orders ensuring all are accurately input.</li> <li>Checking stock availability &amp; allocation.</li> <li>Sending orderconfirmations &amp; advising stock availability.</li> <li>Providing regular updatesto the DACH Regional Sales Managers and customers on their order &amp; back-orderstatus.</li> <li>Workingclosely alongside the internal teams to ensure orders are shippedaccurately, punctually &amp; according to customer requirements.</li> <li>Liaising with creditcontrol on payments.</li> <li>Managingsample requests from customers and Regional sales managers, checkingavailability across different warehouses.</li> <li>Supporting the DACH Country Manager and Regional Sales Managers withany other administrative tasks as &amp; when required.</li> <li>Answeringincoming calls &amp; respond to all communication.</li><li>Ensuring customer information is updated and maintained on internal systems.</li><li>Raising Credits, proformas &amp; returns for the warehouse to receive orders back into the system.</li><li>Arranging collections where necessary.</li><li>Dealing with general warehouse queries.</li><li>Supporting product launches where necessary &amp; sharing relevant information to retailers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul> <li>Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.</li> <li>Fluency in&nbsp;German written &amp; verbal (additional languages being an advantage)</li> <li>1-2years’ experience in an administration role.</li> <li>ExcellentIT skills Excel, Power Point, Microsoft.
