This role will be a key player in our current transformation linking together stores, head office and the implementation teams with store refits and new store openings.</p><p>Reporting into the Director of Stores, you will have overall responsibility for creating a strong performance culture, connecting our products with our communities maximising sales and profitability, whilst being an advocate for colleague wellbeing.</p><p>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Direct line management of Store Managers throughout the Region</li><li>Ensuring the Regions commercial &amp; operational priorities are aligned with the company vision.</li><li>Store Operations: continuously reviewing best practise and finding efficiencies to enhance profit and operational/commercial solutions.</li><li>Drive sales and KPI performance across stores.</li><li>Encourage a fun and empowering environment, ensuring colleagues and customers are at the heart of everything you do.</li><li>Talent management, grow strong talent pipelines to deliver succession plans.</li><li>Keep listening and learning, be the voice of the colleagues to aid business decisions.</li><li>Ensure all stores operate legally with a focus on health and safety.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p>To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Retail Leadership and Operations experience in a multi-site, fast paced, high growth environment.</li><li>Proven track record of managing 20+ stores.</li><li>Experience in New Store Openings</li><li>Experience of managing P&amp;L including sales, staff and shrink budgets.</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills.</li><li>A strong commercial awareness</li><li>Ambition to continually drive the business forward.</li><li>Full, clean UK Driving Licence</li></ul><p>We're passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we're committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
