People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Overheads Manager to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><span><ul><li>Processing invoices from suppliers manually and via our data capture system, ensuring these are accurately coded to the correct GL code.&nbsp;</li><li>Review of aged creditors and associated queries</li><li>Statement reconciliations</li><li>Dealing with supplier enquiries</li><li>Bank reconciliations</li><li>P&amp;L variance analysis and investigations</li><li>Day to day administrative duties</li><li>Processing of weekly expenses</li><li>Coding and posting of monthly credit card statements</li><li>Full review of all P&amp;L overhead codes</li><li>Monthly accruals, prepayments and other journals to support month end close</li><li>Continuously improve processes for efficiency and cost savings</li></ul></span><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;">&nbsp;</p><p>Person Specification:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><span><ul><li>Prior experience working within a finance office</li><li>Recognised accounting qualification</li><li>Team leadership / people management experience</li><li>Strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyze large volumes of data</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Strong IT skills (particularly Excel)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high level of accuracy</li><li>An inquisitive mind and the confidence to ask questions to develop knowledge and understanding</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Plymouth, Devon</p>
