Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p></p><p>As we continue to grow our footprint, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our growingUK team to help support the growth of important house accounts,&amp; support theunlocking of white space opportunites. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, Account Managers.The main focus of this role is supporting on the day to day communication &amp; administration to grow the brand across the UK. </p><p>Our goal is to become the number one go-to leading soft toy brand for all ages globally.You will work incredibly closely and collaboratively with our Business Development Manager andAccount Managers Sales as we embark on growing Jellycat.</p><p>There is a great ‘can-do’ team culture here at Jellycat, and it’s important that you are not only a self-starting ambassador and sales person for Jellycat but are a great team player willing to get involved in what needs to be done in order to achieve great things to support the global growth of the brand. </p><p></p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Responsible for a portfolio of retailer accounts as the first point of contact for all general queries and determining who can internally resolve queries/find solutions.</li><li>Keying orders onto our system accurately when receipted from account managers.</li><li>Ensuring system data integrity (sku’s/qty/usd/dates) for the accounts you are responsible for.</li><li>Liaising with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of all orders.</li><li>Issuing accurate weekly Orderbook reports to the accounts/distributors you manage, resolving any issues that arise.</li><li>Supporting the account managers and business development managers in the overall growth of the accounts and provide support wherever required to achieve the annual budgets.</li><li>Answering incoming sales calls and responding to all communication internally &amp; externally in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintaining high levels of communication including weekly internal meetings, plus regular virtual meetings and range reviews with customers alongside the Business Development Manager, Account Manager &amp; Head of ROW.</li><li>Helping to train/guide new team members when required.</li><li>Liaising with credit control on payments.</li><li>Checking and maintaining customer data.</li><li>Providing clear and regular updates to the Business Development Manager, Account Manager.</li><li>Able to begin taking ownership, working independently, whilst also being good at taking direction.</li> <li>Managing back orders forinternational distributors &amp; retailers, ensuring they are consolidated&amp; able to ship.</li> <li>Checking stock availability &amp; allocation across different warehouses &amp; origins.</li> <li>Sending order confirmations&amp; advising stock availability.</li> <li>Managing sample requestsfrom customers, checking availability across different warehouses.</li></ul><ul></ul><p></p><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul> <li>Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in an Account Executive/ Customer Service role.</li> <li>A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint &amp; SAP.</li> <li>Good communication &amp; presenting skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong at building &amp; maintaining effective professionalrelationships at all levels internally &amp; externally.</li> <li>A personable and positive mindset and approach.</li> <li>The ability to&nbsp;remain focused on maximising sales through professionalrelationships whilst understanding and respecting business limitation andbrand guidelines.</li> <li>The ability to remain mindful of the Jellycat ‘tone’ and communication styleassociated with our brand.</li><li>Ability to think outside the box.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
