Reporting to the Product Area Director, your day-to-day will include:</p><ul> <li>Responsible forensuring agreed service levels are continuously met across the productarea.</li> <li>Point of escalationwithin the product team for incident management.</li> <li>Manage successfuldelivery of new applications and systems through project delivery.</li> <li>Ensure smoothtransition within the team from projects to support.</li> <li>Develop relationshipswith key software suppliers to help realise the product road map,understanding supplier dependencies, escalation policies and availability.</li> <li>Liaises with all keystakeholders across the Production Facilities and Warehouse Management tovisualise both the road map and progress of the backlog.</li> <li>Develop keyrelationships to manage stakeholder expectations.</li> <li>Run the IT operationsin a manufacturing site on daily basis but also remote site support model.</li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><p>To hit the ground running and thrive in this role, you'll bring a powerful mix of experience, technical know-how, and leadership skills:</p><ul> <li>The ability to bothwork in a structured manner and provide the team with a structuredapproach to managing the demand within the projects and operationalsupport on daily basis, experience in Warehousing/SCM and ManufacturingIT.</li> <li>The ability to workeffectively across several key user groups, ability to act as Interfacebetween IT and Business Processes.</li> <li>The ability to foster aknowledge sharing safe space for the team to innovate and designsolutions, experience in System Architecture, SystemEngineering/Configuration, Service Management and Project Management(Certifications are a plus).</li> <li>The ability to keep theteam motivated and on track to deliver across all areas of the Productlife cycle.</li> <li>Remote and OnsiteLeadership experience, Hands-On Mentality and broad IT Background ishighly desired.</li> <li>Know how in SAP S4 EWMand/or Warehouse Logistics and Shopfloor Systems is highly desired.</li> <li>Know how in SystemDevelopment in .NET, Visual Basic and MSSQL is highly desired.</li></ul><p><strong>Why join Nobia</strong></p><p>At Nobia, we’re more than just a leading kitchen specialist, we’re a community that values creativity, teamwork, and personal growth.
