In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our employees and creating a positive and productive work environment.</span></p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive the delivery of a commercially focussed People service to our retail operations and distribution centre.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proactively contribute to both the commercial success of Robert Dyas and driving the people culture</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and extend effective working relationships with Stakeholders</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with the onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Champion the Robert Dyas employee brand to enable the successful retention of colleagues.
