You will need to be able to implement a strong working ethos between team members and drive sales through the training of all staff.</div><div class="p-richtextsection"><br></div><div class="p-richtextsection"><span class="c-mrkdwnbr"></span>We are looking for an experienced coffee-enthusiast who is looking for either their first role as General Manager or someone eager to join the GRIND team as an experienced General Manager.<span class="c-mrkdwnbr"></span><span class="c-mrkdwnbr"></span>You will need to demonstrate knowledge and skill in training all levels of staff in various areas of the business.
