Electrical charge units available</li><li>Bike parking secure and undercover along with cycle to work funding scheme.</li><li>Staff discount in The Range stores plus other shops &amp; stores</li></ul></span><p><strong>Position:&nbsp;</strong>Permanent, Full Time</p><p><strong>Hours:&nbsp;</strong>40 per week – hours of work will be discussed at interview stage.</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:&nbsp;</strong>Excellent salary based on experience.</p><p><strong>What does the role entail?</strong></p><span><ul><li>Support on all matters pertaining to the maintenance, facilities and hygiene compliance of site ensuring the highest standards of appearance, wellbeing and H&amp;S are achieved</li><li>Support the HSF management team supporting on site service providers including Manual Handling Equipment, third party engineers and cleaning services.</li><li>Conduct contractor site inductions, maintain a comprehensive visitor database and manage permit to work issuance.</li><li>Support HSF management team and work with onsite facilities and maintenance resource as assistance in running repairs, maintenance and decoration as required.</li></ul></span><span><ul><li>Maintain approved list of service and maintenance providers for all facilities including key assets such as sprinklers, alarms etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain asset list and required audit logs i.e., water testing, fire alarm tests, and legal compliance checks on equipment and services on site</li></ul></span><span><ul><li>Manage, complete and support proactively the inspection schedules, reactive tasks and ad hoc projects</li></ul></span><span><ul><li>To be customer focused at all times, building relationships to support operational continuity</li><li>Supporting the Health, Safety and Facilities Manager in maintaining the compliance and records database, proactively ensuring that PPM requirements are arranged in advance to maintain continuous compliance of the site.</li><li>Support the HSF Manager in all matters affecting facilities and services on site, always ensuring the highest standards of compliance.</li><li>Liaise, monitor and review contractors on site, issue and adherence to Permit to Works</li><li>Review site facilities and maintenance, supplier and contractor performance, highlighting any underperformance to the HSF manager&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>On site service provider support and assistance</li><li>Site presentation and first impressions for our colleagues and visitors&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support and promote critical tasks and measures, the Health Safety and Facilities Function and personal objectives&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Represent professionally the HSF team</li></ul></span><p><strong>What skills &amp; experience do we seek?</strong></p><span><ul><li>Experience of managing facilities compliance, routine tasks and inspections in a warehouse environment or an aptitude and willingness to develop within this function</li><li>An understanding or interest in Health and Safety and compliance regulations</li><li>The ability to work with contractors and maintenance providers building positive relationships.</li><li>Excellent administrative and time management ability.</li></ul></span><span><ul><li>Microsoft excel, word &amp; PowerPoint and computer literacy to update results of inspections and checks within databases and trackers.</li><li>Team player and great communicator with a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and positive approach.</li><li>An aptitude to engage and build great relationships with all warehouse functions, contractors and suppliers.
