With a focus on BenSherman, you’ll play a key role in optimising online sales and conversionrates, while supporting the onboarding of new brands within the Crew ClothingGroup portfolio as part of our ambitious growth strategy.<br></span><span>Based inHead Office and reporting into the Ecommerce Trading Manager, you will besupporting the day-to-day trading of the Ben Sherman websites by ensuring thatall product content is delivered on time in an accurate and compelling way, andby providing regular trade reporting and analysis to optimise performance.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>On-siteProduct Management and Trading</b></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li><span>Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager with theday-to-day trading of the website</span></li><li>Manage the on-site product launch process,working with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure product images andcopy are compelling and always uploaded on time</li><li>Maximise cross-selling opportunities bymaintaining outfitting recommendations for each product</li><li>Work with Merchandising to ensure products areeffectively merchandised and assigned to the correct categories, moving intoSale categories when relevant</li><li>Manage on-site promotional activity includingset-up, testing, communicating activity with the Retail and Customer Serviceteams, analysing performance and reporting back on code redemption from newversus existing customers</li><li>Ensure any products featured in marketingactivity, promotions and website features are live on-site, fully optimised andsupported with stock</li><li>Work closely with the Customer Service team toreceive and act on feedback regarding the website in order to improveend-to-end customer experience</li><li>Conduct weekly quality control checks tomaintain high standards across the site</li><li>Conduct weekly review of retail bestsellersand low-converting products to identify opportunities for the website toincrease sales of those lines</li><li>Maintain and manage the Trading and Marketing Calendar,ensuring key dates, promotions, campaigns and marketing activity are captured</li><li>Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager and Digital MarketingManager in recommending the optimum products to feature in emails and websitecontent to maximise sales performance</li><li>Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager with monthly/seasonalplanning activity</li><li>Develop strong, collaborative relationshipsacross all departments, especially Ecommerce, Marketing and Merchandising, tobe known as the web production point of contact</li></ul></div><div><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"><b><u></u></b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Reporting</b></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"></p><ul><li>Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager toproduce the weekly trade pack each Monday</li><li>Use analytics tools such as Google Analyticsand heatmaps to monitor and report back on overall website, category andproduct performance, along with actions to improve</li><li>Report on website and company bestsellers andwork with the Merchandising team to ensure those lines have sufficient stock tosupport predicted sales expectations</li><li>Communicatethe number of lines launched on the site the previous week and highlight any issuessuch as late deliveries and missing assets</li></ul><div><b>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</b></div><ul> <li class="MsoNormal"><span>Experience within a similar commercial environment, having previously used Google Analytics and/or other tools to assess website performance</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span>A passion for Ecommerce is essential and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span>A trading mentality – curious about numbers, able to investigate and challenge performance and action orientated.</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span>Strong analytical skills, confident working in Microsoft Excel and able to translate findings into new ideas and recommendations</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span>Conscientious and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across Head Office teams</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span>Able to grasp multiple technical systems quickly</span></li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task andprioritise work calmly in order to meet deadlines</li><li class="MsoNormal">Have energy, the willingness to be flexible and get stuck-in in order tomeet the needs of the business and make a tangible difference to performanceand customer</li><li class="MsoNormal">Great communication skills, both written and oral and with a keenattention to detail</li></ul></div></div></div><!----><!---->
