<div class="title-gr">Description</div><div class="space-s"></div><!----><div class="bio-details" automation="jobPublicDescription" ng-if="data.job.access_mode !== 'PRIVATE'"><div><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Merchandising Admin Assistant<br>Kingston Upon Thames<br>Full-Time</b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Established in 1993,Crew Clothing Company is quickly becoming an icon in the market as a trueBritish founded and inspired clothing brand.&nbsp;Our English heritage remains the backbone of the Company as we move fromstrength to strength helping our loyal customers become the best version ofthemselves.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Moving forwards we arenot only providing what we see as some of the best products on the market butsupporting our talented and motivated Team Members across all areas of thebusiness to become what we call ‘True Crew’.&nbsp;Our people are at the heart of what we do and we are all proud to be apart of something more than just clothes, it’s a way of life.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#00243d"><b>Purpose of the role:</b></font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are looking for a MerchandisingAdministrative Assistant with drive and determination assist with ourMerchandising team in all aspects, with particular focus on retail stock allocation, raising purchaseorders, manging intake levels and general administration.</span><span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"></p><ul><li><span>Work and collaborate with the Product, Merchandising, Creativeand Retail teams at all stages of a project, from initial concept to finaldelivery.</span></li><li>Manage VM helpdesk and VM intranet site.</li><li>Train stores in visual merchandising techniques &amp; how tomake merchandising decisions based upon the needs of the business/individualstore.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the create, launch and implementation of company-wide VMtraining tools, creating content and training documents where necessary,ensuring these are aligned with the overall brand vision.</li><li>Work with the Visual Merchandising Team in the creation ofvisual guidelines, updates and brand standards that not only communicate thebrand direction but can be used as a training tool.</li><li>Partner with the Retail Team on store visits to create trainingcalendar/action plan based on the needs of stores.</li><li>Conduct store visit professionally and productively and producestore visit reports.</li><li>&nbsp;<span>Ensure SMs &amp; AMs are trained and coached in VM to achieveexceptional VM standards.</span></li><li>Attend regional meetings, new store openings/refreshes, and anynecessary travel as needed.</li><li>Complete travel and expense reports and turn in on a monthlybasis.</li></ul><div><b>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</b></div><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"></p><ul><li><span>Relevant tertiary or related qualifications are preferred with aminimum of two years’ experience in Visual Merchandising. Portfolio examplesrequired.</span></li><li>Experience in preparing and drafting communications, guidelinesand training manuals.</li><li>Experience in monitoring and implementing new VM trends in afast moving retail environment with sales results in mind.</li><li>Systematic, time efficient and well organised approach to work.</li><li>Ability to work to tight deadlines using initiative with littlesupervision.</li><li>Exceptional communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to think laterally on all issues and take a proactiveapproach to resolve them.</li><li>A team player with strong leadership skills with the ability toinspire and bring the best out in teams</li><li>Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel and Power point. In Designand Photoshop is a bonus.</li><li>Ability to travel 60%-70% of time.</li><li>Full driving license preferred.</li></ul></div></div><!----><!----><!---->
